SALTY BIRD
2 oz Flippin’ bird vodka or gin
1 oz Ruby red grapefruit
.5 oz Lime juice
.5 oz Agave nectar or simple syrup
Garnish: Salted rim and lime wheel
Directions: Build ingredients in a shaker. Shake with ice until well chilled. Rim your glass with coarse salt. Pour your cocktail over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
